Terms and Conditions of Membership

Last updated: [21.08.2026]

1. Who We Are

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Path Community membership platform, website at pathcommunity.co.uk, associated apps, WhatsApp communities, events and content (together, the “Service”), operated by:

Path Community Inc Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under company number [Company Number], whose registered office is at [Registered Office Address] (“Path Community”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

By creating an account, purchasing a membership, or otherwise using the Service, you (“you”, “the Member”) agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.

2. About the Service

Path Community is a men’s personal development membership platform built around our five Pathways framework, including coaching content, group calls, community discussion (including via WhatsApp), events, workbooks and related resources.

Important: Path Community provides personal development, coaching and community support. It is not a substitute for professional medical, psychiatric, psychological or therapeutic treatment. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, or thoughts of harming yourself or others, you should contact emergency services or a qualified professional immediately, not rely on the Service.

3. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old to become a Member.
  • You must provide accurate, current and complete information when registering, and keep it up to date.
  • We may refuse or cancel membership at our reasonable discretion, including where we believe the Service is not appropriate for you.

4. Membership, Fees and Payment

Membership is offered on a subscription basis (monthly or annual, as selected at checkout) or as otherwise described on our website at the time of purchase.

  • Fees are shown in GBP (£) inclusive of any applicable VAT, unless stated otherwise.
  • Subscription fees are billed in advance and will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date.
  • We use a third-party payment processor to handle payments. We do not store your full card details.
  • We may change membership fees from time to time. We will give you at least [30] days’ notice of any price increase that affects your next renewal, and you may cancel before it takes effect.
  • Failed or declined payments may result in suspension of access to the Service until payment is resolved.

5. Your Right to Cancel (Cooling-Off Period)

If you are a consumer based in the UK, under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 you generally have the right to cancel your membership within 14 days of purchase without giving a reason, and to receive a full refund.

  • If we grant you access to digital content or coaching/community content immediately, and you expressly request this and acknowledge you lose your cancellation right once access begins, your right to cancel under this section ends once that content has been accessed.
  • To cancel within the 14-day period, contact us using the details in Section 15. We will process eligible refunds within 14 days of being notified.
  • Outside the 14-day cooling-off period, subscription fees already paid are non-refundable, but you may cancel future renewals at any time (see Section 6).

6. Cancelling Your Membership

  • You may cancel your ongoing subscription at any time via your account settings or by contacting us.
  • Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current paid billing period. You will retain access to the Service until that date, and will not be charged again.
  • We do not provide partial or pro-rata refunds for the unused portion of a billing period, except where required by law or as set out in Section 5.

7. Member Conduct and Community Guidelines

Path Community is a community built on trust, respect and confidentiality. When using the Service, including community spaces such as WhatsApp groups, calls and events, you agree to:

  • Treat other members, coaches and staff with respect and courtesy.
  • Keep confidential any personal information shared by other members within the community.
  • Not harass, threaten, discriminate against or abuse any other member or member of staff.
  • Not use the Service for any unlawful purpose, or to promote or sell unrelated products or services.
  • Not record, screenshot or share group calls, community discussions or coaching content outside the Service without permission.

We may suspend or terminate your membership, without refund, if we reasonably believe you have breached this Section 7 or otherwise acted in a way that is harmful to the community.

8. Intellectual Property

All content made available through the Service, including the five Pathways framework, workbooks, videos, articles, branding and other materials (“Content”), is owned by or licensed to Path Community and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

  • We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Content for your own personal development while you remain a Member.
  • You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from the Content without our prior written consent.
  • This licence ends automatically when your membership ends.

9. User Content

If you post, share or submit any content within the Service (for example, in community discussions or feedback), you grant Path Community a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce and display that content for the purposes of operating and promoting the Service, unless you tell us otherwise in writing.

You are responsible for anything you post and confirm it does not infringe any third party’s rights or applicable law.

10. No Professional or Financial Advice

Content provided through the Service is for general personal development purposes only. It does not constitute medical, psychological, legal or financial advice, and should not be relied upon as such. You are responsible for your own decisions and actions taken as a result of participating in the Service.

11. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under English law.

  • Subject to the above, we will not be liable to you for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss of profits, business, or goodwill.
  • Subject to the above, our total liability to you arising out of or in connection with the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
  • We do not guarantee any specific personal, emotional or financial outcome from participating in the Service.

12. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or if we decide to discontinue the Service (in which case we will give you reasonable notice and, where appropriate, a pro-rata refund for prepaid periods you can no longer use).

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time, for example to reflect changes in our Service or the law. We will notify you of material changes by email or in-app notice at least [14] days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after that point means you accept the updated Terms.

14. Data Protection

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at [pathcommunity.co.uk/privacy] and provided to you separately, which explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights under UK data protection law.

15. Contact Us

If you have any questions about these Terms, or wish to cancel your membership, please contact us at:

16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Service will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.

17. General

  • If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force.
  • Our failure to enforce any right under these Terms is not a waiver of that right.
  • These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Path Community regarding the Service.
